When you exercise one thing which you would want is to gain the aim which you have set. If you’re going to lose extra calories and weight, then the timing of exercising would matters. A new health study done by researchers has found that at what time of day you are exercising matters when you want to lose weight. Researchers from Brown Alpert Medical School did a case study on the perfect time of day to do exercise for losing weight quickly. They studied and carefully observed more than 375 adults who have always worked out and lost the right amount of weight also.

Researchers asked participants about the time of day and how frequently they worked out. After analysing tons of participants, they found morning was the best time for doing exercise to lose weight quickly. Many people don’t give that much importance to the timing of exercise; however, this new health study proves them wrong.

Researchers think their findings will be helpful in many ways because people now will be able to plan the timing of their exercise and whether they should follow the same routine consistently. Experts also think the timing is going to be helpful for those who are beginners since ‘it’ll help them to decide at what time they should do the exercise because it will be far easier for them to form a habit. One of the key elements of exercise is consistency, and a person must do it continuously if they want to have better results. Many people often don’t follow simple guidelines like diet, the timing of exercise, which are some primary reasons why they don’t get the desired results. Researchers have requested people to do the exercise in the morning since it’s the perfect time for reducing the weight quickly.
