The current situation between US-China is getting worse every day because now reports are coming that Huawei has decided to sue US-based company Verizon over patent licensing fees issue. Huawei, in its statement, said that Verizon had used their patents to provide service to the general public for which they are seeking more than $1 billion in fees. Verizon is using that equipment on which Huawei has a patent and Chinese tech giant company is suing Verizon over 230 networking gear patents.

As we know, Huawei has many patents in various field of networking and communication, and it also has copyrights over the Internet of things plus wireline infrastructure technology. Some representatives said that these issues are more than just Verizon because such things are taking trade war at its peak. US-China is facing an ugly trade war which creates a massive amount of problems for tech companies of both countries.

Trump administration had already taken trade war to a new level when they decided to ban Huawei from selling their equipment not only in the USA but also in its allied countries as well. Even if Huawei is saying that these problems won’t affect on company’s growth, one can firmly see that company’s revenue is significantly decreasing. China has already started to beat US-based companies by putting them under the list of unreliable entities.

In this list, the names of those companies are going to list who won’t be able to do any business with China. Now Verizon has already been put in this list which makes things more complicated because tech giant companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google are getting a significant problem from China. Now Verizon hasn’t been replied to any of this news yet, but we can say that things are getting quite dangerous among big companies.
