One of the hardest things to do is get out of laziness. Many people often feel tired, and the primary reason behind it is that they don’t feel like doing anything because of fatigue. Most older adults feel fatigued for a more extended period and even if there are many reasons behind it experts in earlier case studies said it’s primary a part of ageing. Now some health experts restudying that topic and they think it’s more than just part of ageing. Some experts in the earlier study said that ageing might be the reason behind tiredness among older adults.

When researchers asked a question about how tired they are on a scale of 1-10, if both of them answered their level of fatigue a 7 out of 10 then researchers might conclude that because of these two women are of the same age they might be feeling tiredness. However, now health experts think there’s more to this because no one can say that they’re tired because they have worked out a lot and others might say they feel fatigued because of the other health issues.

One of the leading experts in this health study found that they can measure how much a person feels tired by telling people to walk on the treadmill at a slow pace. Experts said that they could determine how much-tired people get when they are performing the same task. On the other hand, having been diagnosed with heart disease, anaemia, chronic lung disease and several other diseases might also be the reason behind feeling such type of fatigue among individuals. Not all but if a person is diagnosed with anaemia, then the very first symptom of this disease is that they feel tired all the time. So it’s unfair to say they tiredness in older people because of only ageing since there are many other possible reasons.
